couldnt ask for a better game. also does anyone know if they r going to release shogun total war 2 on the app store

So, i see the screenshots of the game here and the graphicis is better than on my mac, how can i put this graphics on my TW: Napoleon?

I didn’t have any problems installing the game, although it did take 6 hours to download. Be warned, however, that the text in this game is VERY hard to read. The font size is very small and the color contrast between the text and the background is minimal. The graphics and gameplay are wonderful, but this game is unplayable for me because it’s too hard to read the text.

I love the game and all, but i dont know what im doing but ill just be playing and the weird sound comes throught the speaker. It goes away after like 2 minutes, but becomes a bother. Other than that games good.

Aweosme!. buy it! time is much better spent playing this than any other game.. you might learn something in the process.

Almost everytime I am playing a battle the game crashes at the end. Also I have a strange sound during the campaign map and at the start of a battle.

Its honestly a really run game, but will take you a while because of how big it is.(16.66 GB)

i just wasted 15$, wont download and you cant get refunds. should’ve read the comments first. lol

This game is amazing. I love playing it, I feel like a real general changing history and conquering. HOWEVER: PLEASE ADD ONLINE BATTLES!!! The AI is so boring to play against and online campaigns are way too long and boring. Please add online Quick Battles!!! Especially land battles!!!

I, like many others, had some trouble downloading the game at first. It kept having errors and just wouldn’t install, and it was really slow. I recently got the OS X Maverick and I tried downloading this game again and it was downloading information at a much quicker rate and finished in about 3 hours. Now the game works wonderfully for me. I recommend getting the OS X Maverick if you’re having trouble downloading because it made it work for me.

So the game downloaded fine and for the first few hours of gameplay there werent any issues. After maybe 20+ hours the game started to crash after certain battles. I haven’t found out exactly what causes the game to crash but it usually does so near the conclusion of the battle. The weird thing is the battle isn’t even that big, maybe 4 or 5 enemy units and 7-8 of my own units. To circumvent the random crashes I just save my game after every battle. Otherwise besides the random crashes the game runs fine, a little slow at times but thats expected running a basic mac. Ive played this game on two microsoft computers and now on mac and I do have to say it was much smoother on a microsoft surface pro 1. I am running a macbook pro with a 8gb ram and 4gb graphics card and it runs fine for what I want but it obviously wasn’t built for gaming. Overall I would recommend this game for anyone wanting to play a realistic strategy game. Next on my list of games to get is empire total war, I hope that it will work better.

Generally, the game itself is very good, strategic, and fun. However, there are a few cons to the game. Pros: Fun Challenging Includes DLC Justa great total war game Cons: Long download time Sometimes fails to download Weird noise sometimes while in campaign Sometimes runs slow All in all, its a great game. But it isnt what I expected. I prefer Empire total war over this. But still, not disappointing. Fun game. I recommend it

hey i had the same problem.. it took two days for mine to download and some times it would stop and i would have to retry…. But.. I know how to fix it!!!! and it worked!!!.. when you click download.. go to your energy saver settings and set display turn off to never.. and hard disk check it off!! then turn your brightness down to save battery power.. hey! it worked for me !! try it.

well ive been tryin to download the game and it still hasn’t downloaded since june 4th 2014 and right now it is june 9th plz tell me if u have this problem

game crashes during battles. dont buy

I went to play one of my favorite games today — for the first time since my Yosemite update — and it crashes constantly. C’mon folks! Fix this! My Shogun 2 works great, so it is not impossible! Fix it and i’ll give you 5 stars again!

Game does not function on Yosemite after upgrading my OS. A very enjoyable game beforehand. Hopefully the game will received an upgrade soon, but Yosemite users, or potential users, beware until this happens. This application has not been updated in almost a year. Would give this game a 5-star if fixed.

Awesome game except that it does crash every 10 minutes played. I need to save it after almost every single movement. Update: after last crash I lost my campaign. I am not playing this game anymore.

The last update for this game came out a year ago. This game has many bugs in it and crashes constantly. Needs a Yosemite update!!!

The game is wonderful. I don’t usually have problems with it, but when I’m involved in big battles it crashes before the battle is over.
